MATEO preselected for RegioStars 2008! |

MATEO is one of the 25 projects shortlisted by the European Commission for the RegioStars 2008 Awards. The main objective of RegioStars 2008 is to identify good innovative practices in regional development by highlighting original and innovative projects which could be attractive and inspiring to other regions. Last December CIDEM (CAT, ESP), Lead Partner of MATEO, welcomed Mr Kurt Vander Eecken from the European commision to produce a case study about the work of MATEO for publication and inclusion on the DG Regional Policy website as well as to serve as input for the jury of the awards.
The winners of the Regiostars 2008 will be announced on 25 February 2008 during the Regions For Economic Change conference.
