Introduction
The aim of the E-CLUE subproject is to develop the concept of entrepreneurship clusters by means of the use of digital environments and to evaluate the impact of the creation of this entrepreneurship in the MATEO regions.
Activities and expected results:
The E-Clue (Entrepreneurship Cluster Environment) subproject aims
to develop the concept of entrepreneurship clusters by means of the
use of digital environments.
For the entrepreneurship cluster digital platform to develop, it
has to be linked between four MATEO regions, providing services that
will multiply the effect of local policies and lead to interregional
cooperation.
The general objective of the subproject is to evaluate the impact
of the creation of an entrepreneurship cluster digital platform in
the MATEO regions.
E-Clue also provides the specific education for future employees
of technological parks and incubators. These specialists will have
the knowledge of the technologies used in the institutions as well
as the knowledge necessary for successful cooperation with the entrepreneurial
sphere.
Who and how can utilize the results of the E-Clue 4 MATEO subproject?
The subproject will specifically develop one of the services that
the platform will offer: an e-learning course for entrepreneurship
trainers. The principal need of these regions is due to the fact
that there are few people with the capacity and the experience to
advise entrepreneurs. For this reason, this e-learning course is
developed in this subproject because it aims to give the re-sources
to these territories to create high quality programs for entrepreneurs.
What competitive advantage does the E-Clue 4 MATEO subproject
offer?
E-learning for trainers: the objective is to develop
the methodology and contents of an e-learning course for trainers,
focused on entrepreneurship and technology transfer.
Entrepreneurship cluster platform: the objective
is to develop an entrepreneurship cluster platform where the different
agents (human capital, finance entities, local public entities and
universities) involved in the process of entrepreneurship, find a
place to collaborate, share their knowledge and increase their capacity.
Both e-learning and the entrepreneurship cluster are initiatives
to improve and boost the competitive factors of the local economy.
We think that joining knowledge, information and other opportunities
may be a way to accelerate the competitiveness of the territories.
Obtained results
The four MATEO regions had to be linked in order to develop the entrepreneurship cluster digital platform. providing services that will multiply the effect of local policies and lead to interregional co-operation. E-CLUE also provided the specific education for future employees of technological parks and incubators.
